Charming 3 bedroom cottage available for long term let - set in 80 acres of beautiful countryside. The property looks down over a 1 acre course fishing lake and the surrounding area is very peaceful and relaxing.

The small village of St Barthelemy de Bellegarde is 2km away and has a fantastic bar/restaurant, post office, local butcher and village shop.

The larger town of Montpon Menesterol is 10 minutes away and offers the usual selection of shops and facilities, including a large hypermarket.
