Enjoy the charm of a nineteenth century apartment in a green yet central area of Paris! Take a walk on the Viaduc des Arts and meet the local artists.

The apartment includes:

►a twenty-square-meter lounge and living room with the original nineteenth century wooden floor and twenty-first century amenities – TV and Internet connexion!

►a fully-equipped kitchen (a gas oven to give it a shot at French cuisine, a microwave oven for fast meals and a washing machine)

►a spacious bedroom giving onto a garden planted with trees

►a bathroom equipped with a bathtub


Sheets, a hair drier, an iron and a vacuum cleaner will be available.

The apartment may be occupied by a young woman, hence a female roommate or a couple will be welcome. The kitchen and the bathroom will be shared, but the living room equipped with a confortable bed is for the exclusive use of the weekly tenant(s).
