Jardins do Golfe is located near the 5*Resort of Vale Do Lobo only 20 mins drive from Faro airport. Jardins Do Golfe is nestled beside the 2nd hole of the Royal Course a short distance from the main entrance of Vale do Lobo. It is a very gentle, easy walk through garden pathways to the beach.
The secure Jardins do Golfe complex is set in a hectare of beautiful, well tended gardens with 2 pools and sun terrace. It is only a short walk to the local supermarket, Medical Centre, Penguin Children’s Club, Vale do Lobo Beach, Royal and Ocean golf courses, Barringtons health club, tennis academy and Praca which is the nightlife/beach front area of Vale do Lobo.
There are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and clubs, beauty and health spa, hairdresser, newsagent, post office, Bank and cash point within the Vale do Lobo Resort. Only a short 5 minute drive away is the bustling town of Almancil which has every type of convenience that you will require on your holiday.

Bedroom 1: with 6ft super king size bed, built in wardrobe, direct access to en-suite bathroom and sliding/louved/fly screen doors access to the balcony.
Bedroom 2: with twin beds, built-in wardrobe. Louved/shuttered/fly screened window onto balcony.

Bathroom(s):
Bathroom one is a newly updated full size en-suite bathroom with shower, marble basin and vanity, hairdryer, large mirrors, bath, wc, bidet, marble floor. Newly updated very large bathroom 2 with shower enclosure, WC, marble basin, vanity and floor and large mirror.
Living Room:
Spacious room with 2 sofas and seating for 8. Supreme quality innersprung mattress sofabed and single sofa bed. 42" flat plasma TV, new cinema surround stereo and DVD player/CD/Stereo/MP3 player, Playstation PS2 and satellite TV. Dining table seating for 8.
Kitchen:
Brand new kitchen with granite counter tops. Brand new appliances including fridge, freezer, ceramic glass hob, full size oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Every conceivable requirement to cook the best ever meal!
Other:
Double size balcony with access off lounge and master bedroom. Wooden extendable outdoor table with four chairs and hammock and sun lounger. Views over flat top pine trees and pool. Free baby cot and high chair available. PS2 and games and stereo with CDs.
Utility room with Ironing board and iron (but hey your on holiday - you really are not that interested!).
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Linen, bath and beach towels are included. The quoted rates include a welcome basket on arrival preparation of the apartment also cleaning on departure. There are additional options of cleaning services available including daily maid services.
Beach:
The Vale do Lobo beach which is a easy 15 minute stroll through the Resort - is a safe, clean, 'Blue flag' beach for families. In April 2006 the beach underwent a 2 million Euro upgrade which has widened and extended the beach reclaiming several million tonnes of sand now making it much larger than it has been in recent years. There are sunloungers are for hire. The hire cost also includes a 'flag' system on the chair which when raised a waiter appears to take your drinks order... yahoo!
Further Details:
It is not necessary to have a car, but, I would recommend car hire in winter to give you the flexibility to explore the Algarve. I can arrange car hire for you at very competitive rates please email me for the rate card.
Alternatively I can arrange a personal meet and greet service from/to the airport in a private car with child car seats provided for free. It costs approx 25 euros from the airport to Jardins in a public taxi.
Faro town is a 15 minute drive there is a large shopping centre that offers good facilties. Most tours offer a pickup/dropoff bus service from VdL to the attractions. Options include horse riding, fishing, yachting/sailing, shark, dolphin watching, 4x4 safari tours and cultural visits. There is also an Aqua Park and a swim with Dolphin experience (30 mins drive).
In the apartment is a well stocked folder with all the details of the attractions so you can read at leisure and book you choices.
It is a 2 minutes walk to the very well stocked local supermarket/off licence and cash point and Medical Centre, It is a 10 minute walk to Barringtons health club and tennis academy.
The Praca which is the nightlife/beach front area of Vale do Lobo is less than a 15 minute walk - the Penguin Childrens Club is here and Vale do Lobo Beach. At the Praca there are numerous restaurants, bars, cafe, newsagent, real estate agent and a night club. Free live entertainment nightly during summer.
Parque Do Golfe which is the Reception for the Royal and Ocean golf courses is a 5 min stroll from the apartment there are also many shops including beauty centre, a most wonderful health spa (can vouch from experience), hairdresser, cash point, Hertz, post office and newsagent selling daily English newspapers and magazines also a cafe and a bar.
During your stay if you have any problems or require assistance I have a 'right hand man' who speaks perfect English, he can help you with anything you need - even changing a light bulb or medical assistance if required. This ensures everything about your holiday will go smoothly.
