The apartment is conveniently located in the 3rd arrondissement, the beautiful Marais, the center of Paris. Various amenities can be found in just a few minutes walk: le Centre Pompidou, the many museums and restaurants of le Marais, the Marché des Enfants Rouges (a historical and excellent fresh market), the Hôtel de Ville, the department store BHV, the well known Centre de Yoga du Marais and two gyms. Also, for a more thorough visit of the city, right downstairs from you there are two metro lines 3 and 11, that will connect you to the rest of the extraordinary Paris subway system. In walking distance you can also find metro 4 at Réaumur-Sébastopol and metro 5, 8 and 9 at Place de la République. Recently implemented by the City Hall, there’s a Velib’ parking space, where you can help yourself to a bicycle (for free for the first twenty minutes) and see Paris at your leisure, probably the best way to get around. The bicycle can be left in any other Velib’ parking space available (on average there’s one spot every 200 meters).
Supermarkets for all budgets are also very close, as well as good Asian Delis for a quick lunch or take-away. You can find elegant wine stores, bakeries, pharmacies, chocolate stores and more.
The apartment is a three flight walk up, 1 bedroom, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two skylights that will provide a great deal of light. It overlooks a green and quiet courtyard, that keeps the apartment incredibly silent at all times. We provide free wi-fi internet connection, free phone calls to most of the countries in the world ( cellphone calls not included) and cable tv. We can give you a local cell phone if you need one.
The apartment sleeps comfortably three, up to four if need be. There are two lofts, that can be used to store your luggage or to set up a bed. We do accept your pet too. The daily rate for less than 7 nights is 125 euros, 135 euros Christmas, New Year's and Easter.
