Hello!

I am 24 years-old and a journalism graduate in Toronto, Canada.

I would like to take a step away from journalism and use my love of languages to help others. I would like to work as an English assistant in Paris as soon as possible. Currently, I am a freelance writer in Toronto for fashion and lifestyle magazines.

I am kind, responsible, I have a good sense of humour, FUN and have experience working with people. English is my native tongue.

I have a passion for the French language too and have taken courses at Alliance Francaise de Toronto and some classes in university. Though I am not fluent, I do have a good grasp for the languages and I am a patient and kind supervisor and teacher. I hope to become fluent in French through immersion.

I unfortunately do not have EU status or a work visa at the moment, but can apply for one if an employer in Paris is willing to hire me. I'm hoping you have positions for a new English assistant available.

I am very familiar with the city in particular and have many friends and even accommodations there in the 14th arrondissement. I would be more than happy to move for this position and stay for as long as possible. I already have accomodations ready and arranged.

Cordialement!
- Glynnis
