Looking for fellow artists to hang out with

Hey,

I'm a 20 year old artist from New York City living in Paris. I moved here a little over a month ago to study art and have found it to be incredibly difficult to make friends here, particularly like-minded people.
In New York, I go to see a lot of shows (music) for fun, particularly house shows or at small independent venues which just do not seem to exist here.
Ideally I'm looking to meet people who know neat things to do in Paris, from casual music shows and art shows to just hanging out in cool places. I'm also looking to meet people who consider themselves to be pretty laid back and interested in the arts in one way or another. People in my general age range would rule, but, I guess I'm open to meeting anyone interesting, no matter what age.
