First Floor:-

It has been furnished to make a very cosy holiday home. The current owners have not advertised it as such but it could generate an income of between 250-350 euros per week in season.

There is a ‘faux’ feature fireplace, which could easily be made operational, but as the whole apartment is centrally heated it would be purely decorative. This area is 28m2.
