Experienced secretary / office assistant wanted for independent film production company based in central Paris. This position is Part-time (2-3 days per week).

You are perfectly bilingual French / English with valid working papers. You have excellent writing skills in both French and English. You're a multi-tasker with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. You enjoy working with a team but also have the ability to work unsupervised. You enjoy meeting new people and new challenges. You have excellent computer skills and are fluent with MS Office / OpenOffice, Excel, Acrobat Professional and email applications. Some understanding of HTML and Photoshop helpful but not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to make a start in the film industry.
