All the bedrooms share the same stunning views of Kalkan bay. The villa is in a superb position just 5 minutes from the nearest restaurants and shops and only 10 minutes from the heart of Kalkan old town and the beach. It has its own private pool (approx 7 metres x 5 metres and 1.75 metres deep), with large patio/sun terrace area and garden laid to lawn with shrubs and trees. It is fully equipped with a large outside table which seats 10 people, 10 plastic chairs, 8 sunbeds with mattresses and 4 sun umbrellas to shade you from the sun.
